Town of Davis Sewer Collection System Improvement Project Submitted for $5,000,000 in Community Project Funding

Congressman David B. McKinley announced the proposed funding for 13 projects submitted as Community Project Funding to the Appropriations Committee. One of the 13 projects was a request of $5,000,000 to assist the Town of Davis develop a new sewer collection system. The new system is projected to cost $6,000,000.
“Anytime I can assist in bringing key funding into the state of West Virginia, I am proud to do so. I will never stop fighting for the people of West Virginia,” said Congressman David B. McKinley. “These projects will go a long way in bringing much-needed infrastructure improvements throughout the first district.
Final approval for the Community Funded Projects and their funding levels will now be voted on by the House and Senate.
